Another great lunch at Maverick Smokehouse! This time we tried the two-meat special. I got pulled pork/rib tips and my wife got 1/4 chicken/brisket. All were superb - juicy, seasoned well, and smokey. Plus, their BBQ sauce is awesome - just a tad bit of heat and lots of sweet! We will continue to come back. If you haven't eaten here, try the brisket grilled cheese. Hands down the BEST sandwich I've ever had in life, it's the best sandwich in town, or ANY town around for that matter. Everything was so delicious, fresh and quick! The owners were so friendly and helpful we will DEFINITELY be back! Keep it up guys, y'all are exactly what defiance needed!

Was hands down the best BBQ I've ever eaten. Having eaten BBQ in some of the most popular cities, cities known for BBQ, I went in a little skeptical. I was floored with how good EVERY SINGLE item was. I felt like all the BBQ I had eaten in my life was just practice to help me prepare for how good Maverick's is.
